Where services are delivered online, you are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, internet connection, and environment for participation. We are not liable for interruptions caused by your equipment, internet service, or third-party platforms.
4. Payment terms and conditions
Fees for our services will be communicated at the time of booking, in a quotation, invoice, price list, or other written confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are stated in pounds sterling (£).
- Payment may be required in advance of the session or service.
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received in full, where prepayment applies.
- All payments must be made using the payment methods we make available from time to time.
- If any payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not received, we may suspend or cancel the relevant service.
- Where applicable, you are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other third-party payment costs.
If you are booking as a consumer, you acknowledge that some services may be scheduled for a specific date or time and may therefore be subject to the cancellation and refund policy set out below. If you are booking on behalf of a business or organization, any additional contractual terms agreed in writing may apply.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation and refund policy is intended to be fair while reflecting the preparation time and reserved capacity associated with our services.
- More than 48 hours before a session: You may cancel or reschedule without charge, subject to availability.
- 24 to 48 hours before a session: A rescheduling fee may apply, or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Less than 24 hours before a session or failure to attend: The full fee may be retained and no refund will normally be issued.
- Late arrival: Sessions may still end at the scheduled time, and no extension or refund is guaranteed.
If a service has already commenced, been substantially delivered, or involved bespoke preparation, research, document review, or personalized feedback, refunds may be reduced or refused to reflect the work completed.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a service due to operational reasons, consultant unavailability, technical issues, illness, or other reasonable causes, we will use reasonable efforts to offer a replacement session or a refund for the affected portion of the service.
Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Any non-refundable elements will be clearly identified at the time of booking where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
6. Liability limitations
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the foregoing, Interview Studio London Ltd shall not be liable for:

In such circumstances, we may suspend services, reschedule appointments, or adapt service delivery as reasonably necessary.
10. Changes to terms
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operational practices, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated at the top of the document or from the date they are otherwise published or communicated to you.
Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you should stop using our services and contact us regarding any outstanding bookings.
